Mr. Kazuma Izumi, a famous lure builder in Japan. He had B.A.S.S. tournament experience. He produces awesome lures which has already accounted for victories at the various tournaments.

It's a well-known story that Zell Roland, an US pro who is known as a "POP-R man" won a tournament with HMKL tuned POP-R.

K-0 POPPER floats and also stays horizontally on the surface for good splashing.
