-You must advise it to us by e-mail to email@example.com within 1 week after you receive our product.
-The shipping cost to return product must be paid by you.

QUARANTINE ALERT (for AUSTRALIAN customers)Australia has some of the world's most stringent quarantine regulations.
We had some customers got their merchandise (mostly soft plastic material baits) seized by AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service).
Once your order is seized, you are required to submit the letter stating the products are 100% synthetic or mineral in nature or not delivered from any animal, plant or micro-organism. Unfortunately, information on the materials contained in is limited and those additional information is not available from the manufactures.
NOTE: We suspend to ship soft plastic material baits (plastic worms) to Australia because we are not responsible for any replacement or refund for them seized by AQIS.
CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL FRAUD (CHARGEBACK) For your protection orders are subject to our verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner / PayPal account holder, or that the order information is legitimate. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by email. We reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
